We produce in Pößneck and deliver via DHL on the agreed date. Payment is simply by invoice – no advance payment needed.
We know the requirements of public procurement – invoice instead of advance payment, transparent quotes and a dedicated contact person for questions. Good to Know for Business Customers.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No – you can order from 1 piece. A B2B enquiry is especially worthwhile for larger quantities, custom shapes, logo engraving, or if you need a binding quote with a delivery date. We negotiate prices for larger quantities individually with you, and for ongoing orders we agree on fixed delivery dates so you can plan.
How does payment work for business customers?
Paying on invoice directly with us is available exclusively to public institutions: schools, authorities, municipalities and other public bodies receive their goods on invoice, with no advance payment. Retailers, agencies and businesses pay in advance (bank transfer) – quick and straightforward. If you order directly in the configurator, PayPal, pay on invoice via PayPal (deliveries within Germany only), credit card, direct debit, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay are available as well.
Do you also supply for public tenders?
For larger projects such as tenders, feel free to contact us directly – we will then sort out the necessary documents together.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Usually within one business day. Production starts after order confirmation; delivery – even for larger quantities – usually takes 3–5 business days. For tight deadlines, we'll find a solution together.
Can I get a sample in advance?
Yes – on request, our quote includes a sample board for approval before we start series production. Physical colour samples are also available in birch and HDF for €1.00 each and in PLEXIGLAS® for €2.00 each.
In which format should I send my logo?
Ideally as an SVG vector graphic – PDF, PNG and JPG work too, up to 8 MB in the form. If your logo only exists as an image or sketch, we prepare the artwork for the laser in-house. Engraving is possible on the front and back; on PLEXIGLAS® the engraving appears frosted in a light white-grey.
What happens to my templates and logos?
We naturally treat your templates, logos, drawings and designs confidentially.
Is delivery to other EU countries possible?
Yes, we ship throughout the EU. Delivery to Austria and other EU countries usually takes 1–2 business days longer than within Germany. Business customers there with a valid VAT ID pay net (reverse charge).
