Is there a minimum order quantity?
No – you can order from 1 piece. A B2B inquiry is especially worthwhile from about 25 pieces, for custom shapes, logo engraving, or if you need a binding quote with volume discounts and a delivery date.
Is purchase on invoice possible?
For public authorities, educational institutions and regular customers, purchase on invoice is possible by arrangement. By default, PayPal, credit card and advance payment (bank transfer) are available – for bulk orders we work out the right payment method with you individually.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Usually within one business day. Production starts after order confirmation; delivery – even for larger quantities – usually takes 3–5 business days. For tight deadlines, we'll find a solution together.
