Good to know about your order.
How fast will my order arrive?
Once your payment is received, your order goes into production (1–2 business days); DHL shipping takes another 1–2 business days. Within Germany, you will usually receive your clipboards 3–5 business days after we receive your payment; delivery to other EU countries takes 1–2 business days longer.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is €5.90 per order; from an order value of €79 we ship free of charge. On request we ship with reduced CO₂e emissions via DHL GoGreen Plus (+€0.20).
How can I pay?
In the configurator you can pay with PayPal, credit card, direct debit, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay or prepayment – payment on invoice via PayPal is available for deliveries within Germany. Public institutions such as schools and authorities order on invoice via the business enquiry.
Can I cancel my order?
Individually made clipboards are custom products and therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal – colour samples and clips, however, can be returned within 14 days as usual. Your statutory warranty rights always remain unaffected: if something arrives damaged or we made a mistake, just send a photo to kontakt@buetic.de.
Can I see colours and materials in advance?
Yes – order colour samples (10 × 10 cm) to touch: birch plywood and HDF €1.00 each, PLEXIGLAS® €2.00 each, a maximum of 3 of each sample. With a test engraving on request (+€1.00).
What can be engraved?
Text in 45 fonts and your own logo or artwork – on the front and back. Upload your logo right in the configurator (SVG, PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF, max. 3 MB) and see it live in the preview. On PLEXIGLAS® the engraving appears in a light frosted finish.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes – the configurator applies them automatically: 5% off from 10 clipboards, rising in tiers to 20% off from 200 clipboards. For larger quantities, custom shapes or a binding quote, the business enquiry is the best route.
