What materials are the clipboards made of?
Our clipboards are available in three materials: birch plywood (natural, sturdy, 37 stain colours), HDF (smooth, even surface, brown) and PLEXIGLAS® (transparent to opaque, 17 colours). All materials are processed in our workshop in Pößneck, Thuringia.
What sizes and formats are available?
Clipboards are available in the standard formats A3, A4, A5 and A6 – each in portrait or landscape.
How long does delivery take?
Once payment is received, we start production right away. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within Germany. Austria and other EU countries + 1–2 business days. Shipping is by DHL parcel – with reduced CO₂e emissions via DHL GoGreen Plus on request (+€0.20).
When do volume discounts apply?
From 10 pieces −5%, from 25 pieces −7%, from 50 pieces −10%, from 100 pieces −15% and from 200 pieces −20% off the value of the goods – calculated automatically in the configurator, with no small-quantity surcharge.
Are clipboards available with eyelets?
Yes – eyelets can be added in up to 7 positions (top, middle, bottom), in 6 colours (silver, gold, rose gold, copper, antique, black). Price: €0.08 per eyelet. Not available for PLEXIGLAS®.
Can I order a clipboard with engraving?
Yes – the configurator includes a complete engraving function. You can freely design multiple text lines, font (from 45 designs), size, alignment and curvature. Engraving is possible on the front and back. The surcharge depends on size and amount of text – shown directly in the configurator.
Does the right of withdrawal apply to clipboards from the configurator?
No – all clipboards ordered via the configurator are excluded from the right of withdrawal under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, as every board is made individually to customer specifications (shape, colour, size, clip, etc.) – regardless of whether an engraving is requested or not. This exclusion is confirmed separately during the ordering process. In the event of manufacturing defects or a damaged delivery, we will of course help without any hassle.
Ordering as a business – how does invoicing excluding VAT work?
For businesses from other EU countries with a valid VAT ID, the reverse charge procedure applies: enter your VAT ID at checkout – the system checks it automatically via VIES and, if valid, activates net mode. The invoice amount is then calculated without VAT. For German businesses, the regular 19% VAT applies.
How much does shipping cost and when is it free?
Within Germany, shipping by DHL parcel costs €5.90. From a merchandise value of €79, shipping within Germany is free. On request, we deliver with reduced CO₂e emissions via DHL GoGreen Plus (+€0.20) – simply select it in the basket. Different shipping costs apply for Austria and other EU countries – these are shown automatically in the configurator as soon as the delivery country is selected.
Is engraving on PLEXIGLAS® possible?
Yes – engravings on PLEXIGLAS® are possible. The engraving appears light frosted in white-grey and stands out from the glossy surface. With very light colours such as "Frosted", visibility may be limited. The configurator automatically points this out in such cases.
